Ordered a bowl of their signature dish - HK Vinegar Pig Trotters @ $6.80 w/ rice. Total : $7.30.

🤔 For a moment, I thought I am going to a James Bond movie 🎥 007 as the stall unique number tells ... 😮 🤩

As the assistant scooped the metal pot containing the signature dish of HK Vinegar Pig 🐷 Trotters into a black Claypot and high fire 🔥 cooking the dish slated for me ...

After 5 mins, food ready and placed the black Claypot onto a black large saucer, added my rice 🍚 on a black bowl. It’s truly black colour even the HK Vinegar Pig Trotters is in black colour ... 😮 🤩🖤

As photo eats 1st then I tucked in, using chopstick to pick and spoon to scoop the meat 🍖 and the braised egg 🥚and the black gravy. It’s meat tenderised after long stewed period, juicy and well vinegar infused with Black Sweet Rice Vinegar - fragrance and light sweetened vinegar taste.

I had initially dragged myself to eat but realised it’s vinegar sour taste actually not as strong as thought and it tasted light, sweetened and pretty savoury. I even drank it too !

Though, I missed cut chillies 🌶 which apparently non existent, not even a drop of chillies sauce as the Chef want U to taste the black sweeten rice vinegar infused Pork Trotters as original as it is made to be ...

Added into my library 📚 of must eat !

It’s always so endearing and alluring to taste something so near to U but fail to see nor appreciate till U actually buy it and taste it ... 😮 ❤️

For ladies, I can safely placed my bet that U shall love it ... after which U may even consider to buy a bottle of their wholesale distributed : Black Sweeten Rice Vinegar for your home cooking needs, at your own time own target to cook similar dish at your own convenience ; and to get yourself as tonic and as healthy as the signage said : “A healthy dish with 380 years of history !”(Not sponsored) ... 😮 🤩 😍 ⭐️
