Probably the only Kopi shop in Singapore 🇸🇬 that I have known to sell steaming, piping hot 🔥 bread w/ Grilled banana leaf Otah sliced, beween bread, done on the spot
Otah is fish paste mixed with rempah mixed with lime leaves, wrapped with banana leaf and at both ends pierces with toothpicks to hold, typically grilled to cooked perfection or even steaming it for at least 12-15mins.
The spiciness level at just 2.5/5, good enough to seduce me to buy, upon recommendation by my driving Kakis ... 😮 🤩 ⭐️ 👍
Sipping my old school nanyang Kopi di lo siew tai and enjoying our chats and enjoying the morning breakfast ... reminiscent of Old School kampong style of eating in a small space but airy environment with plenty of parking lot space.
As always ... Steamed bread 🍞 w/ BBQ Otah slices ... Yummily 😋 Great 👍!
