What’s so good 😊?

After 10mins, my plate of flaming šŸ”„ hot Hainanese Pork Chop, with a bowl of tomatoes šŸ… gravy, coupled with slices of onion šŸ§… + rice šŸš came...

The star āļø was the Authentic Hainanese Pork Chop, freshly deep fried to its crispy brown delight, sliced and formed up, garnished with baked green beans, slices of fried potatoes šŸ„” wedges. 😮 🤩 āļø šŸ‘

The star āļø did not disappoint with its crispy-ness on the outside and a little juiciness & tenderised meat inside with great sound of crunchiness when you bite gently. Intense marination, flavourful and tastefully done āœ… 😮 🤩 šŸ˜‹ šŸ‘

A perfect match when you poured out the tomatoes šŸ… gravy onto the pork chop and as you munched with the onions šŸ§…, it just melt into your mouth šŸ‘„. Onion for added fragrance plus great flavouring and the gravy not too sweet, with nice groovy viscosity texture.

The taste of this star āļø reminiscent to the good old days of my late mum’s cooking of this superb Hainanese authentic dish. A must have, as it’s one of my favourite ! It’s rice šŸš was šŸ‘Œ and given a bowl of chicken soup garnished w/ spring onions 🄣 yummy too ! 😮 🤩 šŸ‘

As of todate, yet to find an alternative stall/ shop to this fabulous dish of old school taste flavour, as Chin Chin Restaurant, maybe the only one left selling this authentic dish on its menu ... only time shall tell !

Ideal time to go is 11:00am+ & 5:00pm+ to beat the lunch/ dinner crowd.

It’s truly an authentic Old School taste of Hainanese Pork Chop Yummily šŸ˜‹ Great šŸ‘!Are U Hungry šŸ˜‹? +Re-Post+Edit+Original+
