Ordered a medium size bowl of white noodles (thicker version) of Chicken Curry 🍛 @ $6.00.

Had been eaten from this stall #02-58, newly add-on stall since last year.

The consistency of it’s freshly cooked chicken meat, curry broth or gravy is of the key factor I had chosen this stall over their nearest competitor located at 1st floor.

Here, you have the option to choose the types of noodles U want - Yellow noodle; White noodle (thick version) ; Bee Hoon.

Plus the option of chicken 🐔 parts too - breast meat, chicken wings, tail end or simply drumstick 🍗. Chopped to pieces for you ! 😮 🤩

Their key weapons :

1. It’s sambalised chillies 🌶: granulated bits of spiciness w/ chilly oil. It’s the oomph for me, as I always upsized it for its superb texture, spiciness, fragrance taste and shall make U perspired 😓during meal. It’s unlimited helping, so long as you must commit to finish it. 🤩

2. It’s singular product consistency of using fresh chicken 🐓 everyday & its curry gravy broth, redness and delectable taste & fragrance! 🤩

3. It’s noodles cooked to perfection and silky texture due to its oil that sticks and coupled with its generous tau pok (my favourite must have) creating an volcano eruption of its gravy juicy out to your mouth 👄; and it’s fish cake 🍥 blend well with the noodles 🍝

Over the years, Its branding of : “Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee” build up its pool of regulars from tourist to locals. Upped from its Michelin guidebook gaining new customers across the globe 🌎. Even it’s name has a great significance to the Chinese here : “Ah Heng = Prosperous or lucky 🍀! “ Always feeling great 👍 after meal ! 😮 🤩 ⭐️ 👍
