I had eaten their curry fish head many years ago. Craving for it today ... so, here I am and ordered one to share with a Facebook good friend : Ms Margaret Teo.
After 10 mins of wait, our Claypot of Curry Fish Head arrived piping hot đ„... these days most stall owner sells 1/2 fish head ...
Itâs X factor :
1. Amazing curry broth or gravy seemingly great with its full spiciness at level 3.5 of 5, flavourfully and tastefully great đ with the good rempah based mixture. đź đ€© âïž đ
2. Fresh fish đ head, as the flesh grossly clear white showcasing its freshness. Itâs definitely a Must for the fish head to be fresh and steamy hot đ„ . đź đ€© âïž đ
3. Itâs other ingredients - lady fingers, tomatoes, brinjal, pineapple slices would have added more to give the taste an oomph ! Nonetheless, can be made better !
4. Friendly service with a smile đ it matters a lot to diners if the stall owner displayed a smile to show appreciation to their customers đź đ€©
As the gravy matters most, one more extra bowl of rice đ please ... thatâs grossly overeat but then how often I travel that far just to eat this Curry Fish Head ! May have food coma within 2 hrs ... đź đ€©
