Mark Tan

Are U Hungry šŸ˜‹?

@ Blk 304 Ubi Ave 1, corner Kopi shop (with DMQ word) stall : Sin Kee Famous Chicken Rice.

Ordered dine-in @ $4.00.

Whatā€™s so good šŸ˜Š?

Served piping hot fragrance chicken rice šŸš on a bowl & Chicken šŸ“ meat slices on a plate.

DIY your own vinegar infused chillies w/lime sauces onto saucer and dry ginger minced onto my bow of rice šŸš.

No fork nor spoon šŸ“ available šŸ˜“...

I rarely eat from just chopsticks šŸ„¢alone, I just have to try to adapt, but itā€™s alright ...

Itā€™s chicken breast meat deboned, tenderised and relatively larger pieces than usual stall provide and added light soya sauce and sesame oil on top of it (or their own cocktail version).

Pairing with their own homemade chillies šŸŒ¶ infused with vinegar and lime, created a tinkering effect to my taste bud, quite extraordinary in itself ... šŸ˜® šŸ¤© āļø šŸ‘

For that, Sin Kee Famous Chicken Rice story continue @ 304 Ubi Ave 1 ... Just like Older Mr Leong and Niven Leong H L (3rd G= generation). Like Father, like son ... Hopefully, the legacy shall continue with 4G ... šŸ™šŸ» šŸ˜Š

Itā€™s Chicken šŸ” Rice šŸš ... Yummily šŸ˜‹ Great šŸ‘!

PS : I have added an old Wall Mural which YC has done some years ago on Sin Kee Chicken Rice for a fond memories ... šŸ¤£
