Ordered my all-timed favourite Beef Hor Fun @ $7.00/ plate.

What’s so good 😊?

I had tried many places all over Singapore in the many years and till todate, still unable to find an alternative to this stall as yet ... 🤔 (though closest come from Ghim Moh food centre)...

My craving for this wok hei flavoured Hor Fun remained all timed high with its tenderised beef slices thicker than usual ones and it’s groovy gravy sauce of black bean paste so apparently great with its visual black bean, literally intact or burst out, plus it’s peppery taste immersed my taste bud greatly. Price had seen inflation from $4 then to $7/ plate now. As always, served hot after just 5mins wait ... 😮 🤩 👍

Despite some food critics comment of standard drop... but I supposed Chef 👨‍🍳 do have it’s off days too ! In my usual patronising of this stall, I was fortunate that the taste still remained as great as before ... as their key weapons: the wok hei flavoured embedded with the fried Hor Fun (thicker and broader version of Kway Teow noodle); it’s tenderised beef slices & it’s peppery & groovy black bean paste gravy remained intact. I will continue to come back again !

For those that cannot eat beef due to religion etc. The alternative : slice fish and seafood version ingredients type shall served you well.

Give it a shot if you have yet to taste this amazing wok hei flavoured Hor Fun and more ...
