Moral Fairground, a Melbourne-based social enterprise, announces a partnership today with Affluent Society, a global business, lifestyle and social media owned by Platinum Circle, the world's leading business group consisting of corporations with annual revenues exceeding USD100 million, governments and intergovernmental organisations.

Moral Fairground will work with Affluent Society to become the content hub for ethical enterprise, ethical lifestyle, fair trade and sustainable practices in Australia, incorporating the Ethical Enterprise Conference, Ethical Enterprise Award and Fair@Square Ethical Lifestyle Festival. This includes the social enterprise serving as an expert voice on content related to ethics and sustainability in Melbourne and Australia, and driving greater collaboration and adoption between its customers and industry with Affluent Society as its official media.

Ms Susanna Bevilacqua, Director of Moral Fairground will serve as a contributor to Affluent Society, sharing insights, stories and news related to fair trade, ethics and sustainability with readers and followers. "We are honoured to introduce this ever-growing topic to a broad, diverse and influential audience and invite our customers to engage the Affluent Society community," said Susanna.

"We are delighted to support Moral Fairground as part of our engagement with the issue of sustainability in Australia and globally. Working together allows our readers and followers to better understand the impact of climate change, resource availability, drought management, water conservation, population grown, housing affordability, access to education in Australia and how our community can address these concerns", said Ember Tan, Assistant Editor of Affluent Society.

Lionel Lee, Advisor to Affluent Society added, "Affluent Society's engagement of fair trade, ethical and sustainability practices in our media and content together with Moral Fairground is central to our affiliation with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We already know that 90% of Australian consumers and businesses are concerned about environmental sustainability, but only half believe they are doing their fair share to protect the planet according to a study from HP Australia and Planet Ark. Together we'll provide an intelligible voice on environment, social-human, and economic sustainability to the Australian government, industries and consumers."
