Here's another busy parent hack for the week!
As everyone eats differently in the family (I have a 1 and 5-year-old), I put different ingredients on everyone's plate.
1-year-old: scrambled eggs, 1/2 muffin, lettuce
5-year-old: scrambled eggs, 1 sausage, 1 ham, 1 muffin, lettuce
Adults: everything you see
Note: Children should refrain from eating processed meat (i.e. sausage and ham) hence I limited my preschooler to just 1 piece of each, and none for my baby until he is older and for as long as I can hold back.
