New York City: The Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is a 102-story Art Deco Skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan and obtained its name from the Empire State which is a nickname for New York.

The iconic tower stands 1454 feet tall (around 443 m including its antenna) ans it is the seventh-tallest skyscraper in NYC.

The 86th and 102nd floor observatories offer two of the highest vantage points of the City. The 102nd level observatory provides 360-degree views of NY, Brooklyn, Queens and beyond, whereas on the clearest days you can also enjoy the view of 5 other states - Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware and Massachusetts.

The Empire State building is also very popular for its colored lights that stand out on the city's skyline every night and are used to celebrate holidays, special occasions, events, world cultures etc.
