During lockdown, enjoy an immersive Digital Season of music presented online by the Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO), featuring new recordings, live streamed performances, access to archival and never-released footage, specially curated playlists, in-depth interviews and more. The new content for the week is available at ACO's website on Monday.


27 to 31 Jul - Live Stream Zoos Victoria

Tired of looking and talking to people at home and online? Spend some time with the animals of Zoos Victoria. This world-leading zoo-based conservation organisation has launched a live streaming service so you can stay connected with some of your favourite animals. There are curious penguins, graceful giraffes and adorable snow leopard cubs at Melbourne Zoo. Lion lovers can keep an eye on Werribee Open Range Zoo's lion pride. Check out the animals here.


27 to 3 Jul - Mountain Goat Mountain


Looking for something fun to do with the kids this week? Check out Mountain Goat Mountain, an audio-led theatre experience for families to do in their home together. All you need is a big sheet, a piece of blank paper, coloured pencils, a device (computer, phone, iPad) you can plug into speakers. 31 Jul to 2 Aug - Melbourne Fringe VCR Fest

While waiting for Melbourne Fringe Festival to return on the revised dates of 12-29 November this year, you can satisfy your senses with three days of digital events delivered straight to your home. The Melbourne Fringe VCR Fest has curated thirteen top-notch shows and workshops.


You can choose to enjoy ground-breaking performances, participate in inspiring conversations, listen to fun live music and groove to sweaty dance parties. Visit the website for the full programme.
