Most of us are aware of the fundamentals when it comes to waste – how to separate recyclables from other trash, and to put out the correct bin on bin day. However, how many of us stop and think about where this waste ends up, or what the impact of all this waste is?

In this online workshop by Reground, you'll gain the tools to conduct a live waste audit at home and learn tips for reducing your household waste. You'll also understand the importance of statistics and data for managing your individual or household environmental impact.

Reground's Kaitlin and Ninna will be streaming from their homes to demonstrate just how they conduct an audit on household waste.

The event will be held from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm AEST on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, 23 June 2020

  • Tuesday, 30 June 2020

  • Tuesday, 7 July 2020

To register for this online event (on Facebook Live), please visit this Facebook page.

Based in Melbourne, Reground is an environmental organisation with a mission to extract the most value from waste. It has been redirecting waste like coffee, chaff and soft plastics to local communities and recyclers, as well as teaching individuals how to manage their impact on the environment.
