The Power of Now
What makes me sad is how humans treat each other and other creatures. Love and Hate cannot exist in the same moment. This very moment is all we have! In this very moment each of us is 100% in control of how we feel, what we say and think, how we react. There is so much power in all of us at any given moment, but most people simply react without thinking. Most are simply not aware of the Power of Now. About 5% are.
Fear Not
Most fears we experience come from our pre-conditioning, the way we think. Most people have predominantly negative thoughts and always imagine the worst-case scenario. To me, F.E.A.R. stands for False Evidence Appearing Real, and is merely a 4-letter word. Instead of imagining the worst outcome, which generally never happens, imagine the best outcome. Instead of thinking of all that could go wrong, think of all that could go right. The effort is the same. In his book ‘As a Man Thinketh’, James Allen states: The vision that you glorify in your mind, the ideal that you enthrone in your heart – this you will build your life by, this you will become.
Happiness is a Choice
What makes me happy? I make me happy. It is my choice to be happy, sad, angry, frustrated, etc. I choose to be happy every day when I wake up. What adds to my happiness? Helping others achieve their goals and dreams and seeing them succeed. That moment when they understand the power they hold within themselves. Oh, it is so amazing!
Reaching Goals
As a military, single-income family with kids, money was tight and hiring a coach had been out of my reach for too long. Now it doesn’t have to be. I make coaching available and affordable for all those who want to grow and achieve their goals and dreams. I remove the uncertainty of finding the coach that’s right for them and their needs. It is near and dear to my heart because I have been there. Everybody has a purpose and dreams and through my platform I want to ensure all those who want to reach their goals, can. We all rise together.
Everything starts with Us
My advice to fellow readers is always come from a place of LOVE and GRATITUDE.
Pay attention to your thoughts and the words you speak. Pay extra close attention how you talk to yourself! Let me ask you: Would you be offended if somebody talked to you that way you talk to yourself? If the answer is yes, change it. You have that power to change direction at any given moment. We are all in the same storm! We may have different boats, different tools, different knowledge on how to use them, but we are all in the same storm.
There is ALWAYS something to be grateful for. Sometimes it is simply the lesson what not to do. Love is the greatest gift we can give. Not just to others but to ourselves. Everything starts with us.
