The Queen Victoria Building (abbreviated as the QVB) is a heritage-listed late-nineteenth-century building located in Sydney’s populous George Street. The property is owned by the City of Sydney and was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 5 March 2010. It has over 180 of Sydney's finest fashion boutiques, jewellery shops and homewares, accompanied by delightful cafes and restaurants.

The dominant feature is the mighty centre dome, which during the Christmas period is occupied by a giant Christmas tree, a must see for any visitor. Glorious stained glass windows and splendid architecture endure throughout the building and an original 19th century staircase sits alongside the dome.
