Destination Revisited Series

Due to the pandemic, there aren't a lot of places you can travel to these days however, the Pyrmont, Ultimo and Glebe walking tour allows you the opportunity to stroll along old Sydney neighbourhoods bursting with stories and hidden gems in a socially distanced environment. Whether you are a local or a tourist, this tour promises to show you new things and tell you stories you've never heard before.

The walking tour is 3.2 km (2 miles) at a relaxed pace and a mostly flat route. It is suitable for all ages and is stroller friendly. The tour includes discovering the Aboriginal and early European history of the area, learning about the Australian pub culture in Sydney’s inner west suburbs and why this area is one of the most multicultural parts of Australia.

There is a stop for a coffee at a popular local cafe mid-way through the walk, ending with a glass of delicious local craft beer at one of the most unique pubs you'll find in Sydney - complete with a talking pet cockatoo!
