Material

【1】 2 lotus leaves,

【2】 250g glutinous rice,

【3】 1 chicken leg,

【4】 1 salted egg, half sausage,

【5】 5-8 shiitake mushrooms (shiitake mushrooms can be very fragrant!)

【6】 10 dried shrimp,

【7】 10-15 scallops.

Seasoning:

【1】 Appropriate amount of oil,

【2】 appropriate amount of salt,

【3】 appropriate amount of corn starch,

【4】 appropriate amount of oyster sauce,

【5】 appropriate amount of light soy sauce,

【6】 appropriate amount of five-spice powder,

【7】 appropriate amount of pepper

Methods:

【1】 Wash the chicken legs, and cut the chicken into cubes directly with scissors. Then add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes.

【2】 Wash dried shiitake mushrooms, put a bowl of blisters, and cut into strips. Soak the scallops and dried shrimps for 2 hours in advance. (Don't pour the mushroom water, use it for frying meat and steaming rice later)

【3】 Heat oil in the pan, add the marinated chicken and stir fry.

【4】 Add shiitake mushrooms, scallops and dried shrimps and continue to fry, then add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to continue to fry.

【5】 Pour half of the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms and boil for a good taste. Take a small bowl of cornstarch and water at a ratio of 1:8, and pour cornstarch water to thicken. Slightly thicken the juice and put on a plate for later use. (In this way, the fried filling will be very thick and tasty, which will lock the taste. When it is steamed, the filling will become juice and melt in the glutinous rice.)

【6】 Soak the glutinous rice for 4-5 hours in advance, retain a little water, add a little mushroom water, light soy sauce, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce and stir well. Put it in a pot and steam for 20 minutes (Many people have reported that the glutinous rice will be too dry, so you can add water to soak the glutinous rice 2-3cm, there will be steam and moisture in the pot itself, not too much water, it will be very soft and collapsed. Hard to eat

【7】 If there is more rice, you can put it in an electric rice cooker like cooking rice. The amount of water is about the first joint of your index finger, or it can be less. The moisture content of the glutinous rice that is controlled should be relatively dry, and it will be easy to moisture when it is not steamed again. Too much becomes soft~)

【8】 Wash the lotus leaves, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes until they are soft, and dry the surface water. (Lotus leaves are usually bought at the vegetable market, if not, you can buy them at the treasure)

【9】 Take a ball of rice and spread it on the lotus leaf into a rectangle or square.

【10】 Put in the fried meat, half a salted egg, and sliced ​​sausage.

【11】 Add a layer of glutinous rice to cover.

【12】 Then fold the lotus leaf up and down in order to form a square. (This step can be steamed in the pot if you want to eat it right now, and the rest can be frozen in the refrigerator and used as a reserve)

【13】 Put water in the pot, add glutinous rice chicken, turn to medium heat for 15 minutes.
