I still remember the very first time I heard this track; it blew my mind. Nobody told me that dance music could be THIS funky. Good lord, it still gets me going on the dance floor to this day!
Back in the days, when all I knew of dance music was techno and trance, the concept of House and Big Beats was most alien to me. Now, imagine my virgin ears and eyes being treated to this rollercoaster buffet of rhythms, beats, sounds, visuals and emotions. I fell totally in love with Fatboy Slim and his music. I discovered how changing many previously-thought-of-as-fixed elements in a song could elevate it to new heights of interesting and my world of music was never the same again.
