Braised Pork Ribs & Salted Fish with Soy Sauce & Rock Candy

Material:

【1】250g salted fish

【2】500g Pork Ribs

Seasoning:

【1】50g garlic,

【2】30g rice wine,

【3】15g soy sauce,

【4】20g rock sugar,

【5】2g chicken powder,

【6】2g refined salt,

【7】2 garlic,

【8】10g ginger.

Method:

【1】 Cut the pork belly into pieces, boil it in a pot under cold water, add the pork belly and boil it, remove and drain the water for later use.

【2】After washing the salted fish, soak it in clean water for a while to remove part of the salty taste, then cut into pieces for later use.

【3】Pour a little oil into the pot, add the crushed rock sugar and stir fry over a low heat until it melts and the color becomes brown.

【4】Immediately pour in the cooked pork belly, stir fry quickly to color.

【5】Then add the scallions, ginger slices, and salted fish to fry until the aroma, and then cook the rice wine, stir fry the soy sauce evenly.

【6】Pour in enough boiling water (Soak the final ingredients in water) to boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

【7】At last, thicken the soup over the fire.

【8】Serve on a plate.
