【1】250g salted fish
【2】500g Pork Ribs
【2】30g rice wine,
【3】15g soy sauce,
【4】20g rock sugar,
【5】2g chicken powder,
【6】2g refined salt,
【1】 Cut the pork belly into pieces, boil it in a pot under cold water, add the pork belly and boil it, remove and drain the water for later use.
